I guide clients using hypnosis to the level of trance, where clients access their Higher Self to realign energies, discover insights for healing, and learn answers to life questions.
Clients should expect to experience deep relaxation and clarity.

Each session consists of an interview and hypnosis portion with a quick break between, and all sessions include a recorded copy of the hypnosis portion of the session. It is highly recommended to listen for the full recording for maximum benefits!

Each week, you receive two, 15-minute Sound Bath recordings with featured Chakra. Instruments including: Crystal Singing Bowls, Tibetan bowl, and Tuning Forks
*Intentions will be included as well as any other appropriate enegetic supports when creating Chakra-specific Sound Bath recordings.
Every week for 7 weeks, one of the ‘main’ energetic centers in the body, also called- Chakras will be featured:
