Why 128 Hertz?
128 Hertz is central in my Sound Healing sessions—a powerful frequency that resonates with the Earth’s natural vibration, associated with security, grounding, and aligning the body with its innate blueprint.
This pure, healing tone resonates with the root (as well as the heart) chakras and is known to calm the nervous system, support cellular healing, and bring the body back into a state of rest and harmony. When applied with instruments like tuning forks or crystal bowls, 128 Hz interacts with your physical and energetic systems to encourage deep alignment.

It's often said to be the blueprint of the universe. When sound is visualized through cymatics (vibrational sound made visible), frequencies like 128 Hz create patterns that closely resemble the Flower of Life. This is more than coincidence—it’s a visual affirmation that vibration creates form.
The Flower of Life is a timeless symbol found across ancient civilizations. Composed of overlapping circles, it represents the geometry of creation—the interconnection of all life, thought, energy, and sound.
